SERIES A (Annual Payment)
Limited partners in the Series A LLP will receive semi-annual distributions from the operational profit of the partnership at a rate of 12.50% per annum calculated on the contribution made to the partnership. Limited partners will receive a distribution equal to their initial contribution to the partnership and a bonus final distribution of 15% of contribution made to partnership at the end of the partnership term as a final distribution.

SERIES B (Annual Payment)
At the conclusion of the partnership term, Limited Partners in the Series B Partnership will receive a once-off final distribution. This final distribution will amount to 175% of the initial contribution amount, as stipulated in the term sheet. This final distribution represents a significant return on investment for Limited Partners and serves as a culmination of the partnership’s success over its duration. The total distributions received over the three-year period amount to 175% of the initial contribution. Table calculated at 45% marginal tax rate.
